By using our payment processing services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account according to the fee schedule and payment terms presented to you during the application process.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to modify our fees upon reasonable notice to you. Your continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and assessments associated with your use of our services, except for taxes based on our net income.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, United States, and shall be conducted in English.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
